ICAD #008: "Stay for the Party" and WINNER announcement!

Supplies Used: Gesso, Acrylic paints (various brands), magazine cutouts, Dylusion Ink Sprays, Faber-Castell Pitt Big Brush Pens, Faber-Castell Gel Sticks, Liquitex Gel Medium, Modge Podge, Stabilo pencil, Signo Uni-ball White pen and Uni-ball Black pen.
